A large part of For Goodness Sake, LIMU's worldwide charitable initiative, is its continuing involvement in the Rowdy's Kidz program. Rowdy Gaines, 3-time Olympic Champion and all-around swimming superstar, has helped develop the program, along with LIMU, which encourages the young folks to live healthier lifestyles and aspire to more confident futures. A true champion and role model, Rowdy conducts free swim clinics and discussions across the nation to that end.

Together, LIMU and Rowdy Gaines are focused on the For Goodness Sake mission: to provide a better tomorrow for those who are less fortunate.
